They are only 10mil ISK for a whole year
Never could get code to truly say that a mining permit would get them to leave you alone if you tanked your freighter properly. The "spirit" of the code allows them to still gank you because if they dont you're a bot aspirant or something. |

In other words: A drivers licence does not permit you to ignore all the traffic signs.
like i said. Buy a permit, properly tank freighter, follow all code crap, they'll still hit you when they feel like it, even if you arent doing anything against the code, you're still gonna get ganked by them because of "spirit" of the code. |

Is there any prove for this ridiculous accusations?
*proof* and nah, because you and I both know its true, so I'm not going to bother finding the killmails and threads that would then be "proven" to be untrue due to some violation of the "spirit"
That being said, I rag on ya guys, but last time you guys took me for 380 mill ransom for not having a "mining" permit to fly a freighter it made me love eve all the more. You keep doing what you guys do, its amusing. But I'm still not going to trust a permit. |

Hello again Zimmy This "ransoms" are in no way bribes, on the contrary. It's just like with any other law enforcement, you first get a ticket for the law violation, if you fail to comply the officer may need to decommission your equipment.
Bribe : persuade (someone) to act in one's favor, typically illegally or dishonestly, by a gift of money or other inducement.

It would be 2 things, 1. my job. And 2. if you found it to be in your favor, then by the broad definition it would also be a bribe. |

Okay but what if you were a stripper and told you to drop that top for 100mill but I'd not actually like it because I'm gay but my mates at the strip club don't know and socially pressured me to do it??
It would still be in your favor, because I would be doing it for you, so you could be accepted by your peers. |
